Experience/ Specialisations

Siak Kim has over 40 years of experience in legal practice. He joined Oehlers & Choa in January 1977 which firm subsequently merged with Wee Swee Teow LLP in 1989. In the course of Siak Kim’s practice, he has acquired experience in Property, Banking and solicitors’ work including Probate and Administration and Estate matters. He has acted for clients in leases, collective sales, development projects, sales, purchases, mortgages and Central Provident Fund Board related transactions, including documentation and advice.
