For litigious matters she had represented clients in court of appeal hearings and successfully obtained judgements in favour of her clients. Her range of clientele, local and cross-border, includes private individuals, financial institutions, private and public-listed companies and multi-national companies. She has been involved in a broad spectrum of transactions, including share and business acquisitions and disposals, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder’s agreements, deeds, joint ventures, debt-restructuring, commercial agreements and contracts relating to the sale and supply of goods and services, agency, distribution, employment and franchise contracts.

In conveyancing and real estate, she has experience in collective sales transactions and acts for housing developers and commercial landlords, and advises on leases of residential and commercial premises and related issues, as well as landlord and tenant disputes.

She also helps ‘her clients with their trademark registrations and advises on matrimonial disputes and family arrangements and the drafting of Wills and probate matters.

Hweelee speaks English, Chinese, Hokkien, Teochew, Cantonese and Khek. A passionate advocate of education, she volunteers actively in schools.
